Isolates are stored on agar medium in glass tubes at 15-20 ml with glass plugs. Strains are placed in the fridge at temperature of 10-14 º C with optional backlit phytolamps - Uniel ULI–P11–35W/SPFR IP40 (PAR 45 mmol m-2 s-1). Periods of light / dark are 12/12 hours. Replanting is held once in 6-9 months.
