• Geobotany, systematics, geography and protection of higher plants in European Northeast;
• Problem of comparative floristics;
• Processes of synanthropization of the vegetation cover;
• Intensive nature restoration system (biological recultivation);
• Dynamics of secondary (also restored) biogeocenosises development of the Extreme North;
• Monitoring of long-term agrocenosises in tundra zone.
